PAYMENT:

Payment is due at time of service - Venmo, ApplePay, cash, or check is preferred. All major credit cards including HSA accepted.

Weekend hours available upon request (no online booking)

Reduced fee services available on a limited basis, please inquire prior to booking. 

INSURANCE:

At this time, I do not accept insurance.  However, I can provide a super bill if you want to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company.  Full fee will be charged for session when submitting to insurance.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you do not show up for your scheduled individual therapy appointment (60-90 minute session), and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. PACT Therapy sessions require 48 hours cancellation notice.
