Stuck in certain behaviors, beliefs about ourselves and the world, and our relationships. That's where I come in. As a Couples Counselor, I offer guidance and reflection to alleviate symptoms of past experiences affecting your relationship today. I also provide support for implementing positive changes in your relationships, empowering you to create a more rewarding and positive movement in your life with your partner.

I am a PACT Level 3 Couples Counselor. PACT (a Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) is a powerful and impactful modality for working with relationships. It uses Attachment Theory, Neuroscience, and the Biology of human arousal to quickly and effectively address real-time errors in your relationship. Read more about PACT here.

In addition to PACT, I use a mindfulness-based and client-centered therapy approach with a variety of Evidence-Based Practices and techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy for trauma, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for recognizing behaviors and implementing skills, Mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Gestalt therapy techniques.
